Somewhere in Wyoming
Hello y'all

I'm joining in from the Great state of Wyoming, you won't find bigger skies anywhere in the world, My first memories of the wonderful smell of smoke mingled with meat was as a kid growing up in the upper eastern corner South Dakota. There was a small butcher shop a couple blocks from home. We would walk by the store every morning on our way to school. Oh those wonderful smells that came from that shop!!! about 10 years ago they closed the shop down. I heard is was becoming too hard and expensive to process meat due to BIG government regulations and such, its a shame, its seems the trend nowadays, those great little shops closing down....

I've been smoking know for about 2 years. My family (my bride of 20 years and 3 children) love when I put something in my Bradley electronic smoker. I've come to SMF a few times to get ideas, tips, and tricks and y'all have some great stuff posted. I finally thought it was time to get on board. I'm tellin ya, I feel blessed already.
