Hello to all new friends.  I'm in southern Montana...a transplant redneck from Alabama.  Been smoking all kinds of stuff for years, mainly on a Char-Broil horizontal charcoal grill with a smoker box attached.  Just bought an MES 40 and really love it so far.  The best $35 I've ever spent was an AMAZENPRODUCT.COM tube smoker.  Just smoked a little sharp aged cheddar for the first time and really enjoyed the results.

I'm looking to share some recipes and tips with folks and hopefully get better at my smoking.  Gonna throw a couple chickens in the smoker this weekend and enjoy some pulled meat sandwiches.   Oh, I also make all my own bbq sauces.  Pretty good stuff, if I have to say so myself.

So, nice to meet everyone.  Looking forward to the ride.
