I've lurked on the forum a while but figured it was time to sign in.  I currently have a small propane smoker that I've outgrown so I'm about to build a refrigerator smoker out of a 60" Glastender Back Bar.  I do my share of the typical ribs and briskets but love making bacon.  I also cook meatloaf, chili, and enchiladas among other things in the smoker.  I'm looking to start smoking cheese and other cold smoked items once I finish the build. I've learned a lot from this forum already and look to learn a lot more.
