New to the forums.

Just purchased my first smoker today, Oklahoma Joe's Longhorn.

I been tryin to get my buddy to sell me one of his smoking rigs, but no luck so opted for this unit as my first.

I am new to owning a smoker but not new to smoking, always helping my buddies out in competition cook-offs.

I like camping, fishing, hunting and shooting sports.
