You guys have accumulated and unbelievable wealth of knowledge on this site. I have always been fascinated by the art of smoking and I have finally decided to give it a go. I just purchased a GOSM and finished seasoning it tonight. I hope to tackle a couple of chickens this weekend to build my confidence. I want to thank you for all your advice in advance cause the good Lord knows I am gonna need it. Just a simple southern man trying to cook up some good eats. That just reminded me I need to get some sausage and try out one of these fattys I have been hearing so much about!!
