So I have been coming to the forum for some time now but just recently signed up. I have been smoking for only about a year now but have done a good deal. Love experimenting with fatties, and would rather have nothing more than a nice brined and smoked turkey leg. Currently I have only a bullet smoker but just today got my hands on an old oven with a broiler on the side and not the bottom which I will be converting into a smoker, which I will make sure to post pictures of. I noticed everyone here seems to really be a buddy and I hope to be welcomed with open arms, and a nice thick smoke ring.
