Hello from the Black Hills of South Dakota. I found this web site a while back and have really enjoyed the wealth of info. found here! I've been using a stainless GOSM gasser for a couple of years, mainly pulled pork, ribs, & briskets, must be getting better because everybody keeps asking me to bring the main courses to their parties, church functions, etc. Discovered smoking almonds last weekend, awesome!! By the way thanks to whoever invented the fattie cuz i'm hooked!
