Glad to be part of such a well organized and enthusiastic group. I have been cooking for 29 years, about 10 of those years were as a professional cook. My current collection of grills and smokers includes Webers (Gas and Kettle), La Bandera Vertical (Currently Charcoal, but I am aiming to add propane to it's capabilities with some help from you guys ), Little Chief and Big Chief (for jerky and cold smoking), Meco electric (for nights I don't want to stay up with the brisket ). Hobbies include: Charcuterie, Gourmet Cooking, hunting, fishing, camping, woodworking, and playing with my 4 year old son . I could be considered a pretty good resource for almost any type of culinary advice.
