Hello everyone, I've lurked for a while, finally time to join the community. Smoked my first Boston Butt 3 years ago on a MES, Recently performed the obligatory mailbox mod with ANMPS on it and was happy with the improvement. Few weeks ago I grabbed a PBC off Amazon and haven't looked back, absolutely incredible piece of equipment with fast and consistent results. Link below for some of the stuff I've done since acquiring my PBC. Hope y'all enjoy and I'm happy to be here and learn even more :)
