Moved to Florida(Tampa area) from Texas a couple of years ago and can not find good BBQ here unless I make it. I am new to smoking and want to learn more about it. I really miss good Brisket. Here they sell some sandwich meat call corned beef and call it brisket. Not wanting to start a war on food. I think corned beef is great.. for a sandwich. It has no place in BBQ. I am looking forward to smoking some brisket, ribs, fish, pork and what ever I can. Thanks for letting me join. I look forward to learning and sharing.
