I'm a 30-year-old student at MU, recently married, and recently got my first smoker (Smokin-it brand).  I'm originally from Texas, then spent a couple of years in Tennessee before moving to Missouri..  Love BBQ!  I've been crusing this forum for quite a few months and have learned quite a bit.  I look forward to my expereinces with smoking meat, and hope that I can post up some photos of my smokes real soon!
