Always good to introduce yourself, so here we go! My name is Brent and I have always loved to grill. That was until I built a smoker!

It drives my neighbors crazy with the scent and provides delicious food for the family. Well, except my oldest daughter...she is a vegetarian!

Welcome to the fourm; there is lots of excellent information available here. The advantage of smoking in Arizona is, it only takes one lump of charcoal to get the smoker up to 225, if you leave your smoker out in the Sun ;)

and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...

Glad to see another Arizonan here.  We're special breed. We'll fire up the grills and smokers when it is 115+, just to impart that smokey goodness on a piece of meat.

Where in Arizona are you located?  I am in Glendale.
