Hi all!

Name is Dave, I'm more of a homebrewer, but I dabble in smoking now and then. I have a nice Weber Smokey Mountain 18", and a Primo XL, the latter I use constantly and with great results!  Getting the hang of the Weber too. Compared to the several R2D2-looking Brinkman smokers that I've had over the years, the Weber has surpassed every expectation that I ever had for a high-quality smoker.

I live on the west side of Denver, right along the Foothills near Morrison, which is where Red Rocks Amphitheatre is, if you are familiar with the area.

Looking to tap into some expertise from the masters on this site, mostly for some smoking tips when at altitude.. I'll be posting a couple of questions in a related forum.

Excited to look through some older threads. Thanks to the moderators for running what seems to be a fantastic resource!

-Dave
