I wanted to go ahead and get signed up and introduce myself since I became the proud owner of a new Masterbuilt Electric Smoker (30") at Christmas!

I'm originally from a small town outside of Baton Rouge, but currently reside in Houston, TX. I'm not entirely brand new to smoking as I have assisted my brother in many many cooks in the past. But this is my first piece of equipment that will allow me to smoke my own meat. Very much looking forward to learning & sharing with the community.

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
