Hi,

My name is Carson and I'm new here.  I just wanted to say hello and thank you all for the info and recipes I've found here.  I spent most of the day curled up with my smoker and have some of the best food I've ever made/eaten.  Pork tenderloin, a chuck roast, a fatty, smoked cabbage and smoked deviled eggs.  It was an awesome day.

I'll try pics nest time.
