Hey everyone

My name is Phil...people call me Moe

I am building a 120 gallon reverse flow offset smoker right now. I am currently located in Las Vegas and am originally from the pacific northwest. I am not new to smoking or BBQ however I always find room for improvement. I hope to open a restaurant one day.
