    Hello from Pennsylvania USA. I am a fully trained Chef totally addicted to the art of barbecue and open fire cooking.

    I'm a member of KCBS and that is a great investment. I learned a ton with that organization. I highly recommend that.

    I use a Brinkmann Gourmet charcoal water smoker and I'm already planning on an upgrade soon. I can't wait.
