Hi im trying to smoke a pork loin tomorrow. I hve it sitting in a brine right now. For tomorrow how long should i smokeit for 7lbs. I know im looing for 145 on thermostat. Butruffly how long what temp and how long should i add wood chips for. Elecric smoker im using. Ty for any help
