How much Finishing sauce?

    Using SaFlQuers finishing sauce...whats a good ratio to meat LBS to go by when adding it in....or do you just go by taste?
     
  2. gotta go by taste...I aim for slightly moist, but not wet...when I do that, often folks don't even know I used it--making it a great secret weapon...

    When I use a finishing sauce I notice the first bit I put on the meat tends to get absorbed.  I would add small amounts, mix in well and allow to sit for a couple of minutes then check again.  Remember you can always add more!

    Like Al said it absorbs quickly, so we always put it on just before serving it.
