How many of you own some form of Bradley Smoker?

Which ones do you own and what is your honest opinion of them?

I recently purchased a Bradley Digital 6 Rack and would like input from other owners regarding their experiences...

I think I screwed Up the Poll... Copy and paste answers to your replies...

I wasn't satisfied with the 4 rack model I had and sold it. I thought they were kind of costly, because of the bisquettes.
I ended up kicking myself in the ass, so the six rack came up for a real good price ($250). It was only used once and is still gleaming inside!
I plan on using it mostly for cold smoking cheese and mainly sausage.
The 6 rack will be a lot better for the sausages mainly because of the inside height of the cabinet.

Come on I know that there has to be more of you out there...

I have had my Bradley for 4 years, it is an original, 4 rack, stainless steel model. My previous attempts at using a charcoal or propane barbeque for maing smoke were all disasters. I have a Little Chief but it has a very weak smoke making system with not near enough heat input capability.
I like the Braddley very much as the smoke is consistent. It could use a temperature regulator to regulate the temperature of the oven as opposed to just regulating the amount of current (rheostat).

Would I get another one, yes without hesitation.
I will probably get a new one that I believe has the temp control that I mentioned. It will also have greater capacity.

I have owned the original Bradley smoker going on about 4 years. My wife bought it for me for our 10th wedding anniversary.I really dont like the results I get from it since you dont get that smoke ring color it just seems to turn the meat a shade of gray, the taste is OK but I have such better results from using my 55 gal.drum and side fire box.The pucks are way too expensive and I have to order them from a catalog and pay shipping to get them.As far as cold smoking I would give the smoker an A+,I am an avid fisherman and have smoked just about every fish that swims in Indiana.I still use the smoker during the cold winters and have made some excellent dishes from it but I would not recomend it to a friend. With the cost of these babies my friends can borrow it from me anytime for a couple of beers.I just got a little spoiled on the color and smoke ring you get when you use real wood and I believe it just taste better under a real fire. GO IRISH!

Now this xan turn out to be an interesting thread, getting feedback directly from the user. Points to you my friend.

Yes I have a six rack digital that I bought at the same tine BeerBque bought his. I have used it exclusively since purchasing. I did this to compare results to my GOSM propane. There is no comparison. The Bradley is convienant because it is on the deck rather than out in the yard as the GOSM is. But the results are far inferior to the GOSM! I did a boston butt on the Bradley Saturday and it took 16.5 hrs to get a 7.5lb butt to 195f. Oddly enough though, it had a smoke ring...can somebody explain that?

I get a smoke ring in my food when I smoke them in the Bradley. I think that thing generates a lot of smoke and it keeps it coming on a consistent basis. I am not sure why it would not produce a smoke ring.
