how long to cook thick sausage and to what internal temp..

  1. Hello Everyone,

      Happy fathers, I just put some thick sausage on the smoker with my baby back ribs I just want to know approx how long to cook the sausage and to what interneal temp.

    Time really depends but I would expect 1.5-2 hours internal temp should be 160

    Like Pineywoods said, take them to an internal of 160° but as far as how long, that will be dependent on the temperature of the smoker and the size of the sausage.
