how long to cook rib tips while cooking the ribs?

got these spares at sams last night decent price, and just got em in the smoker, my question is how long does the tips i trimed off have to cook, i know they will be done before the ribs...how long do you cookem at 225..i want to cut em up for the beans....more q-view to come later today...Thanks, George.
 
I actually follow the same regimen for the pieces I've trimmed as the rest of the ribs, 3-2-1.
 
The first thing is I don't trim my spare ribs I like them whole. But I have trimmed in the past and I would smoke them right along with the ribs and it should take maybe 3 hours for your tips to get done and ready to eat for the cook. It's an appetizer for the cook team or chef.
 
I normally smoke BB's but the past few times my brother has come to my place he has brought spares. We trimmed them and smoked the tips the same way as ribs foiling and all and they were great.
