I personally press fry my BBB
Fried just enough to warm it, because I already smoked it to over 145˚.
I fry some and I bake some. Love it both ways.

not sure what the raw vote is for but since i cold smoke, it is raw when i fry it with a little olive oil........then i use the oil for my eggs.
