I have a propane smoker made by members mark ( came from Sams Club ) its all stainless steel and the only temp gage is in the smoke stack , what do I need to buy and install to monitor the internal temp of what I am smoking .?

Most painless good solution?

Gives you chamber temp as well as an internal meat thermometer with long range moniter and alarms.

Its the latest and greatest unless you want to go into apps

thanks for the reply ,  I think I could figure out how to make that one work for me

If you don't need computer graphix and to control your smoker from your cell phone, its about as good as it gets and at a reasonable price. I really wish I didn't have so many older styles still working so I'd have an excuse.

Those pre-set points are pretty nice cause most of your smokes will be either 145, 165, or 203. The others are for your entertainment.

no I don't need a bunch of bells and whistles , I just need a way to tell the meat temp without opening the door and also like that price

As Foamheart recommends, the Maverics should work well for you. They can be bought with extra long probe leads which you can either feed down the flue or they will even be OK when closed in the door seal.
