I have my in-laws coming over this weekend and I am going to be cooking for the whole week they are down. And the first thing they want is my kickin chicken hot wings (i just threw the kickin chicken in there) So down goes almost 200 wings on 2 grills. wish me luck!!

Just a heads up I just joined today and look forward to getting to know the people on here. It looks like a great site. I also posted a few pics of some of my food. I like to try new things and incorporate the grill in my everyday meals. So I will be cracking a cold one tonight and sparking the grill up for a little smoked top round roast. And some grilled potato flats. so here is a preemptive CHEERS!

Wonderful nightmare but I did not get any pics sorry things were hectic. BUT I will make it up to all my BBQ buds.

here are some quick sauces you can have fun with though

Garlic Cajun Ranch

1/2 cup Texas Pete

1/2 cup red hot

3/4 cup ranch dressing

2 tbls powdered garlic

Throw it all into your sauces pan and bring to a low simmer for one min or so. Throw your sauce over your grilled wings and enjoy. Play with it adjust the ranch but have fun what ever you do!!

habanero honey

3 habanero peepers diced finely (be careful not to make that horrible mistake and get the juice from the pepper on your fingers)

1 1/2 sticks of butter

1 tbls honey

1 cup Texas Pete hot sauce

4 cloves of garlic

bring 1/2 stick butter to a low simmer till it is almost golden then add the peppers and garlic ( be warned ...vent...) until they begin to soften, add the the hot sauce and butter, bring to a low simmer and add the honey. Have your wings ready and pour your sauce over them toss and grab a cold beer.
