I just joined the SMF, so here's my little intro. I'm from Saskatchewan, Canada, and have been smoking for about 4 years now. I have a Smoky Mountain Weber that I'm about to sell because I just upgraded to a Memphis Pro that I'm picking up tomorrow. No more babysitting the fire all night! I'm looking forward to sharing my experience with the new rig, and to learn some new techniques and recipes from some old grizzled vets.
