I'm not sure if anyone has tried this but here it goes. Maple smoked Honey glazed chicken stuffed with Jalapenos which are themselves stuffed with cream cheese and maple sausage. The Honey glaze is a mixture of hot apple juice and honey. Once the chicken reaches 140 degrees I start basting them every now and then with the honey sauce. It will appear runny but that is by design. It will build up thin sticky layers into a nice glaze when done. Here's my step by step video.
