Homemade Salsa (canned)

  1. My daughter, Abby and I made Salsa a few months ago. We used the tomatoes we picked from my mom and dad's garden -- FOUR QUARTS of them, diced. That took a while! LOL I got ten pints out of this recipe, plus a bowl-ful to munch on!

    This is AWESOME, and not spicy at all, so be sure to use everything! My kids even prefer this to the store bought stuff!

    Very nice and thanks for recipe.I even make and can my own ketchup from my tomatoes....nothing like the homemade....

    Very close to my recipe, but I don't use the corn starch to thicken... does that work well?
