How bout them Packers Hay!
I may be a Cheese Head "butt" my passion is smoking meats & homebrewing. They always go together. We're eather eating BBQ
while we're brewing or drinking homebrew while we're BBQing.
I live in Central Wi. I am starting a smokehouse & eventually a
brew pub. I've done a few competions, won 1. I'm a CBJ, member of
the KCBS. I smoke on a smoker that was built at an Oklahoma tech
school. It's a combination barrel/rib box. I've maxed it out with 50 St.Louis racks. Thats bout it for now, Homebrew.

Welcome aboard Wisconsin, great to have you with us. Many many great people here. I am a homebrewer as well, all-grain for the most part. Look forward to your input to the site.

Todd in Minnesota....
