Rota Spain
Hello all! My name is Luke. I'm originally from Arizona but I have been living in Spain for the last few years. I love to smoke but have never owned an actual smoker. Up until now I have done all of my smoking on my regular weber kettle but I just got a Weber Smoky Mountain so the game is about to change. I have smoked just about everything you can think of on my kettle but I know that I'm getting into a whole new world with the WSM and I am super excited! Any advice would be much appreciated. I'm very excited to start smoking for real and am happy that I have found this site full of passionate grillers like me. Keep calm and grill on!

Mucho gusto a conocerle, senior!

Which pretty much stretches my Spanish to its limits.

Anyway, glad to meet you and welcome aboard. Where is Rota in relation to Madrid?
Encantado rabbithutch! Rota is south of Sevilla. It is actually on the bay of Cadiz and you can see Cadiz across the water.

I have lived in Spain for around 6 years now and still love it here! The abundance of fresh meat and produce are a smokers dream! Thanks for the welcome!
