Greetings! Okie born & bred, but the USAF seems to really want me in the desert (9 of the last 12 yrs). Can't complain too much--they were all CONUS deserts... Anyway, have a new MES 30 (gen 2.5 with bluetooth that sometimes works) and AMNPS. Brisket, salmon, and pulled pork have turned out well thus far (THANKS, BEAR CARVER!). Next up are some pork & beef ribs...
