well i have me some fresh steaks (just butchered a cow) and and some venison tenderloin. i have them seasoned and wrapped (i forgot pics of the tenderloin before i wrapped it) It is super windy and the weather in general just sucks here in New England so not sure how or when im going  to cook the steaks but it will be at least on the grill and will add pics when it goes down. So as much as i did not want to( super busy today and no time to babysit a grill or cooker) i seasoned and wrapped the tenderloin in foil and put in the crock pot on slow and low.

the steaks are in the fridge for a day or two until when the weather clears up some and i can get the smoker out. And i decided to switch it up and took the tenderloin out for a better idea. I think i am going to dig out the the grill for a little below zero grilling on the front porch lol.

so i sliced the tenderloin and put it on the grill for a bit with very light pecan smoke.it was rushed because of the weather and the minute i dug out the grill a blizzard started again lol.

so it is what it is and here it is  lol

the small end pieces were kinda dry on the edges but over all it was a better treat for lunch than frying it up in a pan lol
