Well they said I should check in here and share a bit about myself. My names is Jeremiah Lewis from Palmyra, Mo. I currently have an electric brinkman and an offset that I use more often as a grill. I'm an associate pastor, school principal, my degree is in broadcasting, so I'm also the church sound man and IT person. I generally find myself grilling for large groups and have more recently taken up smoking for my family and friends.

If you didn't read the Terms of Service notes.....please do.  There are a few things that everyone should know about those pesky little rules before plunging into the forums. Rule #11......"Off Site Links are not allowed here at SMF" is something new. There are other simple guidelines for all of us to remember as we interact here.
