Just wanted to say hi to everyone and I look forward to talking alot on this forum as I cook almost every other day. I have a few different grills but to list a few is a new braunfels offset fire box grill/smoker , brinkman electric smoker, webber old bullet smoker, chargrill huge chrome 5 burner gas grill, large old smokey. I think thats it for now but just wanted to say Hi and I look forward to talking to you all in the future.

Welcome to SMF glad you decided to join us. Sounds like you have a good assortment of smokers to use. You'll find lots of good info and some great recipes here. Have fun and happy smoking
 
Welcome From Spring, Tx what part of Houston are you smoking in so I know not to call the fire department.
 
I live over on the west side of Houston! Even though you could possibly see my smoke from there. Had the fire department called one to many times thinking there was a fire! LOL

First off welcome Graphic to SMF. You'll like it here cause there are abunch of good folks here that would just love to help you out with just about anything to do with smoking. We really like to have newbies here because they can bring in a new propective to how things are done. There's nothing like a new set of eyes to give and new way to make things that little differant to make things alittle better. So I hope you know about the Qview here.

It's also free and it will give you the basics of smoking. So after all of that you just need to go grab something to smoke and if you have any question just post them here and we will answer it quickly so you don't have any mishaps with your smoke.
