A little concoction, butter, beer, chipotle, garlic, and Frank's.

Inject into chicken breasts pour remaining concoction into zip lock bag and let marinate for at least 4 hours in the fridge.

Chop up the garnish. Mini-sweet peppers, onion, garlic, and jalapenos. Onions were omitted this time because we didn't have any!

Into the pan with salt, pepper, butter and beer.

A little smoked pepper jack.

Normally I'd do this on the Mini-WSM but there wasn't time.

Sauteed and ready for plating! Right at the end throw the cheese in to melt.

Enjoy!!!!

Thanks Kat! We'll eat the extra tomaters! Our poor garden this year isn't doing well our tomato plants are only 8" high! Last year we had a bunker crop of everything. The lettuce on this sandwich came from the one head that has popped up. Don't know what happened to the rest!

Pitiful!!

Awesome job! That gives me a great idea to inject some chicken breasts myself. Great high-end product with awesome Q-view!
