A little bit about me: Live in eastern Pa. Work for Verizon installing FIOS and am really really starting to get into the whole sausage/smoking thing. We have a 55 gallon charcoal drum smoker at our camper that was custom built by my nephew. We just purchased a MES 30" smoker and will be using that soon. I also have a water powered sausage stuffer that I built last year from scratch. Got back into hunting this year after about an 8 year hiatus and actually got an 8 point buck that has fueled my interest in sausage making and wild game smoking. Looking forward to 'meeting' you all.

Merry Christmas

T.B.
