Sapulpa, Ok
Hi, my name is Philip. I live in Sapulpa, Ok. I have always been intrigued by smoking different foods. I have heard of this forum for awhile, but I am just not joining.

I am a beekeeper, & I really love that. I have only been doing it four years, but I have learned so much about bees.

I do not know the best smoker to buy, but hopefully I can get that figured out by reading a lot of your posts. I want something that will last forever. Not something will need replaced in 5-10 years.

I want to learn to smoke cheese, fish, & of course the classics such as brisket.

Good evening Phillip, and welcome to the forum, from another beautiful, windy and cool day in East Texas. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything . I have always been fascinated with bees,

Gary

Thank you @gary s If you don't have the time to mess with bees, don't ever start reading about them. They will suck you in, & occupy your every free minute! But I wouldn't have it any other way!
