Hi, my name is Philip. I live in Sapulpa, Ok. I have always been intrigued by smoking different foods. I have heard of this forum for awhile, but I am just not joining.

I am a beekeeper, & I really love that. I have only been doing it four years, but I have learned so much about bees.

I do not know the best smoker to buy, but hopefully I can get that figured out by reading a lot of your posts. I want something that will last forever. Not something will need replaced in 5-10 years.

I want to learn to smoke cheese, fish, & of course the classics such as brisket.

Thank you @gary s If you don't have the time to mess with bees, don't ever start reading about them. They will suck you in, & occupy your every free minute! But I wouldn't have it any other way! [IMG]
