Just got a new smoker and want to learn how to get the most out of it.  Have already learned a lot by reading diffrent threads.  At this time my intrest is in smoking briskets and ribs.  Also want to learn about seasonings.  I will be signing up for the "5 day course".

If you can't locate the answer just ask folks here are willing to share there knowledge. I think you'll like  the 5 day e-course on smoking its chuck full of great info.
