A-hoy-hoy from central O-H-I-O. Don here, been using my Char-Broil black box smoker for bout 6months, used my buddies GOSM for my first 8 months before that. Do mostly ribs and chkn wings, 2 or 3 times a month, also make jerky pretty often, thats my gfriends fave. Babybacks are the usual, I've done pork and beef spare ribs a few times, couple of briskets and porkloins too. I've perused these forums a few times for tips and recipes, figured it was about time I joined the crowd. Looking forward to sharing in the collective knowledge to make my bbqs better.
