Hi, new to this world

Hello, my name is Hal. I have a 275 gallon propane hog cooker and just picked up a 250 gallon propane tank to make a reverse smoker. Due to some health reasons I will not start the build until the fall. S.C. summers are tough for me. I have been doing a lot of research and I find the info and knowledge level on this site to be second to none.

Welcome to SMF Hal. Lots of reverse flow builds in the R.F. forums~our fabricators have some neat ideas on how to do things.  If you run into problems, get a hold of DaveOmak~he's the "Go-To" guy when it comes to builds.
