Hi all, I been lurking around the forums for some time now and trying to learn as much as possible and figure I finally say hi to everyone. I am up in Redmond WA, area and have had a few successful attempts with ribs, but still learning. I am currently using a char-broil silver smoker, not the best one, but its what I have. One thing with this smoker, it never came with a temp gauge, any recommendations for a gauge for this grill? Any suggestions or tips for improving it would be appreciated.
