Hello everyone!

I am here to introduce myself. Name is Justin. I am from what people call South Detroit aka Downriver. I have 2 sons and am happily married. I work for Chrysler,Own a automotive events company, coach baseball, basketball, football and enjoy grilling/smoking/bbq 365 days a year. I literally will be outside on my grill in negative temps. I do have hopes to open up a BBQ joint one day. I will be purchasing a budget offset smoker this weekend and modifying it so we can season it and start bbqing with more then 1 rack of ribs,1 brisket etc..

Cant wait to get the knowledge from you pitmasters and share my pictures.

My instagram is @awddonuts feel free to follow me and check out my food and shenanigans!

Welcome to the board, Justin! Yep, when the Q bug bites you gotta scratch. Have fun digging through the information here!

Welcome to SMF from NC! :welcome:
We're glad to have you. The search bar at the top is your most valuable resource here. This forum has been around for over ten years, so there is a good chance that any questions you may have, have already been answered (they may have 10 different answers, but you'll get an instant response non the less).
Please be sure to post your smokes along with your process and recipes. We will be glad to help you along the way and we may also learn something new ourselves in the process. Also, don't forget the very important Q view! (We're mad for pics on here [emoji]128513[/emoji])
Always remember to have fun because it's not fun if you have to work at it.
Thanks for joining,
- Ryan
