Hi Im new to everything

I am Jim from Pittsburgh 1st time on and never smoked before just got a master built 2 door propane for fathers day from my sons. Reason being my new favorite show bbq pitt masters. I am an avid hunter and fisher looking forward to smoking everything I get this year and all the usual barbecue meats I have no clue what I'm doing so I will need lots of advice
