Hey my name is joe and I have recently had surgery and can only cook as a past time until I heel. Getting into smoking meat sounds like a good way to eat and spend some good time. All suggestions and recipes are welcome.I am thinking of getting a Traeger smoker as my first smoker. Oneshot is getting me hooked up.Hope to hear from y'all.
