First, like to say the rub and sauce (think I put to much white pepper in, but now have the coarse) are very good (good job). Ok. from Ontario, been smoking for about 10 years and lovin' it. I don't eat alot at one time due to health issues, but man can I start that Q at 5 am, go to work and come home and finish (turkey), ribs are always good, think this rub and suace will be my main stay and tweek it to our tastes. I search the internet for anything that I (or anybody close to me would love to eat), and have done well with soothing there pallets, just wish i had more time (work gets in the way). Think I would love to open a smoker restaurant in the Muskoka's, this our high dollar area, just smoke and let everyone enjoy
