Hey!!! I'm new to smoking and I love it. My wife and kids are starting to also. My first couple of attempts where not very good,

But I'm getting better.

I grew up in eastern Ok, and my Granddad always smoked something on friday nite. He either smoked or we had a family fish fry. Anyway I've tried to recapture some of that good smoked barbecue I grew up on. I never realized how hard my pop worked making good tasting meats.\

I can't wait to pick your brains.
