Hello all.

I've been doing an annual smoking weekend at a friends house but they've moved so I've decided to get a smoker for our trailer north of the city.  Doing some research I found this forum.

So far lots of great information and I'm looking forward to picking your collective brains and experimenting.  I'll let you know how things go.

Right now it looks like the 2 door Master Forge is the way I'm going to go.  Sounds like great functionality for the price.

Happy smokin' everyone.

Welcome! I'm right across the pond from you. I have that smoker and like it. Do your self a favor and get a gasket for the doors it needs it.
