Hi guys I'm Steve from the UK bought a cheap bullet type smoker and with a few mods I seem to be doing ok with it. Managed to do 2 pork butts and a chicken with reasonable results. Looking forward to some new ideas and recipes thanks guys in anticipation

Hi Steve and welcome to the forum. Where in the UK are you from?

There are a growing number of UK members on here spread throughout thew UK and we are about to hold our second annual UK SMF meet near Lincoln next weekend.

If you get a chance please say hi in the UK Smokers group. The groups are still part of the main forum but they do help people with specific interests to get more focused support and advice.

Hi all I'm from the flatlands of North lincs bought a cheap bullet type smoker last year I've modified it for better heat controll,done 2 lots of pulled pork with I was resonantly happy with also a smoked chicken. Looking forward to meeting you all, will be attending with my boy (the negativeone)
