Hi there! My husband and I just got our first smoker (a Masterbuilt Electric 30") in December. We ended up getting it for free since it took awhile to arrive (thank you Amazon Prime). Anyways, my husband is an avid fisherman, mostly bass for sport but he will fish anything he can to bring home and eat. We live in Spokane Valley, WA. In the month we've been smoking, we've already got pike, walleye, salmon and trout done. I've also done a couple of pork loins and some elk jerkey. Next on my list is nuts and cheese! I also want to learn how to make my own summer sausage.I've been reading these forums for a little while now but I'm happy to finally be posting. Thanks for having me!
